Description
HSH-AL Mini Lever Hoist for Compact Lifting,
Pulling and Load Positioning
The KKV HSH-AL Mini Lever Hoist is a compact manually operated
chain lever hoist designed for lifting, pulling, tensioning
and positioning loads where portability and working space
are important.
Its lightweight aluminum-alloy body and compact lever-operated
structure make the HSH-AL suitable for workshops, machinery
installation, maintenance work, warehouses, construction
sites and confined working areas.
The series is available in rated capacities from
0.25T to 1.5T and combines
G80 alloy load chain,
free-chaining,
360° rotating hooks and a
double-pawl braking system.
Built for Multiple Material Handling Tasks
Although compact in size, the HSH-AL is designed to perform
several types of controlled manual load-handling work.
Lifting
Raise equipment, components and materials during
installation, maintenance and assembly work.
Pulling
Move loads horizontally where controlled manual
pulling force is required.
Tensioning
Apply controlled tension during installation,
alignment and adjustment operations.
Positioning
Make small and controlled adjustments to machinery,
structures and suspended loads.
Lightweight Aluminum-Alloy Construction
The HSH-AL series uses an aluminum-alloy body to reduce
overall product weight while maintaining a compact manual
lever-hoist configuration.
Aluminum-Alloy Body
Lightweight construction improves portability for
installation, maintenance and temporary work.
Compact Short-Handle Design
The compact operating layout is suitable for locations
where available working space is limited.
0.25T–1.5T Model Range
Four rated capacities provide options for light-duty
and compact manual lifting requirements.
Single & Double Chain Falls
Chain configuration varies according to the selected
model and rated capacity.
G80 Alloy Steel Load Chain
The HSH-AL Mini Lever Hoist is equipped with
G80 alloy steel load chain.
Chain diameter and number of chain falls vary according
to the selected capacity.
The 0.25T model uses Ø4.0 mm chain, while the 0.5T,
0.75T and 1.5T models use Ø5.0 mm chain according
to the technical configuration.
Free-Chaining for Faster Hook Positioning
The free-chaining function allows the operator to adjust
the unloaded chain position more quickly before the lifting
or pulling operation begins.
This reduces unnecessary lever operation when positioning
the hook close to the load and improves preparation efficiency
during repeated installation and maintenance tasks.
Double-Pawl Brake and 360° Rotating Hooks
Double-Pawl Braking System
The double-pawl braking arrangement supports
controlled manual load handling during operation.
360° Rotating Hooks
Rotating hooks provide greater flexibility when
attaching and positioning the hoist around the load.
Designed for Compact and Portable Lifting Work
Machinery Installation
Controlled lifting and positioning of components
during machine installation and alignment.
Maintenance Work
Portable lifting, pulling and tensioning for repair
and servicing operations.
Workshops & Warehouses
Compact manual handling where larger lifting
equipment may be inconvenient.
Construction & Confined Areas
Suitable for temporary work and restricted spaces
where portability and compact dimensions are important.
How to Select the Right HSH-AL Mini Lever Hoist
Select the correct model according to rated load,
lifting height, available space and expected operating
conditions.
01
Required Load Capacity
Select a rated capacity that covers the maximum
intended working load. Available capacities are
0.25T, 0.5T, 0.75T and 1.5T.
02
Required Lifting Height
Standard lift is 1 m for the 0.25T and 0.5T
models and 1.5 m for the 0.75T and 1.5T models.
Customized lifting heights are also available.
03
Available Working Space
Check the overall product dimensions and operating
handle clearance where the hoist will be installed.
04
Required Operating Force
Compare the hand-pull values in the Specifications
tab when selecting between capacities.
05
Application Type
Consider whether the hoist will mainly be used
for lifting, pulling, tensioning or positioning,
as well as the required portability.

HSH-AL Mini Lever Hoist Ordering Questions
Does t mean a US short ton?
The listed capacities use metric tonnes: 1 t equals 1,000 kg. A metric tonne differs from a US short ton, so state the required load in kilograms when requesting a quotation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the HSH-AL capacity or load mass in kilograms, required lift, operating-handle clearance, intended task, quantity and destination. Confirm any nonstandard lifting-height requirement before ordering.
