Description
HSZ-KII Manual Chain Hoist for Controlled
Industrial Lifting
The HSZ-KII Manual Chain Hoist is a
hand-operated chain block designed for controlled vertical
lifting in workshops, factories, warehouses, construction
sites and general industrial material-handling applications.
The HSZ-KII combines low manual operating effort with a
premium-grade alloy load chain, zinc-plated hand chain and
drop-forged, heat-treated hooks for practical day-to-day
lifting work.
The current listed range covers rated capacities from
0.5T to 10T, with different lifting heights,
load-chain diameters, chain-fall configurations and minimum
hook distances according to the selected capacity.

Designed for Efficient Manual Load Handling
The HSZ-KII is configured for industrial users who require
a simple hand-operated lifting solution with practical
operating effort and multiple rated capacities.
Low Operating Effort
The mechanical lifting system is designed to reduce
the manual force required to raise the rated load,
supporting practical operation during routine lifting.
Alloy Steel Load Chain
Premium-grade alloy load chain is supplied as part
of the lifting system, with chain diameter selected
according to the rated capacity.
Zinc-Plated Hand Chain
A zinc-plated hand chain is supplied as standard
for manual operation of the hoist mechanism.
Forged Heat-Treated Hooks
Drop-forged hooks receive professional heat treatment
to provide dependable load attachment during industrial
lifting operations.
Optional Load Limiter
A load-limiting option is available at additional
cost for applications requiring an additional
load-control configuration.
0.5T–10T Listed Range
Seven currently listed capacities provide options
for light-duty lifting through heavier industrial
material-handling requirements.
Load Chain Configuration Matched to Capacity
Load-chain diameter and the number of load-chain fall lines
vary across the HSZ-KII series according to the selected
rated capacity.
0.5T & 1T
Both capacities use a 6.3 mm load chain with
a single load-chain fall.
1.5T
The 1.5T model uses a 7.1 mm load chain with
one load-chain fall.
2T
The 2T configuration uses an 8 mm load chain
with a single load-chain fall.
3T & 5T
The 3T and 5T models use two load-chain fall
lines with capacity-specific chain diameters.
10T
The 10T HSZ-KII uses a 9 mm load chain with
four load-chain fall lines.

Low Hand-Chain Pull Across the Model Range
Manual operating force is an important selection factor for
a hand chain hoist, particularly when lifting is performed
repeatedly during maintenance or material-handling work.
According to the listed HSZ-KII specifications, chain pull
required to lift the full rated load ranges from
25 N on the 0.5T model to
41 N on the 10T model.
The individual operating-force value for each capacity can
be compared in the Specifications tab before selecting the
required model.
Drop-Forged and Heat-Treated Hooks
The HSZ-KII uses drop-forged hooks that are professionally
heat-treated as part of the load-supporting system.
Minimum distance between the upper and lower hooks also
changes according to rated capacity, ranging from
285 mm on the 0.5T model to
700 mm on the 10T model.
This dimension should be checked when available headroom
is limited or when the hoist will be installed below a
beam, trolley or other supporting structure.
Load Limiter Available as an Option
The HSZ-KII can be supplied with an optional load limiter
at additional cost.
Buyers who require this configuration should specify the
required capacity and operating conditions when requesting
a quotation so the appropriate model can be confirmed.

Industrial Applications for the HSZ-KII Chain Block
Factories & Workshops
Manual lifting of machinery, components and materials
during assembly, servicing and general workshop work.
Equipment Installation
Controlled vertical lifting and positioning during
machinery installation and equipment replacement.
Warehouses

maintenance and construction operations.
How to Select the Right HSZ-KII Manual Chain Hoist
Select the appropriate HSZ-KII model according to maximum
working load, required lift, installation headroom,
operating force and load-chain configuration.
01
Rated Capacity
Current listed capacities are 0.5T, 1T,
1.5T, 2T, 3T, 5T and 10T. Select a model
that covers the maximum intended working load.
02
Required Lifting Height
Standard lift is 2.5 m for the 0.5T, 1T and
1.5T models, 3 m for the 2T, 3T and 5T models,
and 3.5 m for the 10T model.
03
Available Headroom
Compare available installation height with the
minimum hook distance listed for the required
HSZ-KII capacity.
04
Manual Operating Force
Compare the chain-pull values in the Specifications
tab when frequent manual operation is expected.
05
Optional Load Limiter
Specify whether a load-limiter configuration is
required when requesting the product quotation.
