Description
ORM 1T–2T Manual Hydraulic Pallet Stacker
The ORM 1T–2T Manual Hydraulic Pallet Stacker is a
manually operated material handling solution designed for pallet
lifting, positioning and stacking in warehouses, factories,
workshops and industrial storage facilities.
Available in 1,000 kg, 1,500 kg and 2,000 kg rated
capacities, the ORM series uses manual travel together
with a manual hydraulic lifting system and requires
no battery, electric motor or charging equipment.
All three models provide a
maximum lifting height of 1600 mm, with different
fork lengths, machine dimensions and net weights available
according to the selected capacity.
Simple Hydraulic Lifting for Everyday Pallet Handling
01
1T–2T Capacity Range
Choose from 1,000 kg, 1,500 kg or 2,000 kg
rated capacities according to the maximum pallet load
required for the application.
02
Manual Hydraulic Lifting
Vertical pallet lifting is powered by the manual hydraulic
system, eliminating the need for an electric lifting motor
or battery system.
03
Manual Travel
The stacker is manually moved and positioned by the
operator, making it suitable for pallet handling where
powered travel is not required.
04
1600 mm Maximum Lift
All standard ORM models provide a
maximum lifting height of 1600 mm for
pallet positioning and stacking.
05
No Battery or Charging
The fully manual operating system does not require
electrical charging, helping keep everyday operation
straightforward.
06
Three ORM Models
The series includes ORM-1000, ORM-1500 and
ORM-2000 to cover different load-capacity
requirements.
Manual Hydraulic Operation Without Electrical Power
The ORM uses a manual hydraulic lifting system to raise palletized
loads without an electric motor or battery.
The operator manually positions the stacker and operates the
hydraulic mechanism to lift the forks to the required working or
stacking height.
This operating concept is particularly suitable where pallet
handling requirements do not justify a semi-electric or fully
electric stacker.
Three Models from 1 Ton to 2 Tons
01
ORM-1000
Rated for 1,000 kg with a
1000 mm fork length and
1600 mm maximum lifting height.
02
ORM-1500
Rated for 1,500 kg with an
800 mm fork length and
1600 mm maximum lifting height.
03
ORM-2000
Rated for 2,000 kg with an
800 mm fork length and
1600 mm maximum lifting height.
Different Configurations for Each Load Capacity
The ORM-1000 and heavier ORM-1500 / ORM-2000 models use different
fork and overall machine dimensions.
01
100 mm Lowered Fork Height
All standard ORM models use a
100 mm lowered fork height. Pallet entry
dimensions should be checked before ordering.
02
ORM-1000 Forks
The ORM-1000 uses
1000 mm long forks with a
745 mm outside width.
03
ORM-1500 / ORM-2000 Forks
ORM-1500 and ORM-2000 models use
800 mm long forks with a
760 mm outside width.
04
Custom Fork Requirements
Fork dimensions can be discussed for OEM and ODM orders
where a different pallet or project configuration is
required.
Manual Pallet Lifting for Industrial Workplaces
The ORM manual hydraulic pallet stacker is intended for material
handling environments where pallet lifting and positioning are
required without powered travel or electric lifting.
Warehouses
Manual pallet movement, lifting and positioning between
storage and handling areas.
Factories
Handling palletized components, materials and finished
goods around production and storage areas.
Workshops
Lifting and positioning palletized materials where a
straightforward manual stacker is preferred.
Industrial Storage
Pallet lifting and stacking without dependence on batteries
or electrical charging equipment.
How to Select the Right ORM Manual Hydraulic Pallet Stacker
01
Required Load Capacity
Select ORM-1000, ORM-1500 or ORM-2000
according to the maximum intended pallet load.
02
Required Lifting Height
All three standard models provide a
maximum lifting height of 1600 mm.
Confirm that this meets the required working or stacking
position.
03
Pallet Entry Height
The lowered fork height is
100 mm. Check the pallet opening before
selecting the machine.
04
Fork Dimensions
ORM-1000 uses 1000 mm forks with a 745 mm outside width,
while ORM-1500 and ORM-2000 use 800 mm forks with a
760 mm outside width.
05
Available Operating Space
Compare the overall length, width and height of the
selected model with aisles, doorways and available
maneuvering space.
06
Manual or Powered Operation
Choose the ORM where manual travel and manual hydraulic
lifting are suitable. For higher-frequency powered
handling, consider a semi-electric or fully electric
pallet stacker.
ORM Manual Hydraulic Pallet Stacker Models
Three standard capacity options are available for different
industrial pallet handling requirements.
Manual Hydraulic Stacker Manufacturer for Global B2B Supply
KKV is a lifting and material handling equipment manufacturer with
its own production facilities.
ORM manual hydraulic pallet stackers can be supplied for
distributors, wholesalers, importers, material handling equipment
dealers, factories, warehouses and industrial buyers.
Bulk orders and mixed-product orders can be discussed according to
the selected products, specifications and total purchasing quantity.
MOQ is confirmed according to the specific order rather than
applying one fixed minimum quantity to every product.
CE-Certified ORM Manual Hydraulic Pallet Stacker

CE certification for applicable product
configurations.
Custom Configurations for Different Markets and Projects
ORM manual hydraulic pallet stackers can be supplied with
customized configurations according to distributor, importer,
private-label and project requirements.
Inspection and Maintenance
Regular inspection helps identify abnormal wear or damage before
the stacker is placed into operation.
Forks & Mast
Inspect the forks, mast and visible structural components
for deformation, cracks, damage or abnormal wear.
Hydraulic System
Check the hydraulic system and visible connections for
leakage, damage or abnormal operation.
Wheels
Inspect front and load wheels for damage, excessive wear or
abnormal movement before use.
Lifting Operation
Confirm that the forks raise and lower normally before
handling the intended load.
General Condition
Check the complete machine for loose components or visible
damage before beginning pallet handling work.
