Description
HHBS Manual Wire Rope Pulling Hoist for Lifting,
Pulling and Load Positioning
The KKV HHBS Manual Wire Rope Pulling Hoist is a manually
operated wire rope lifting and pulling device designed for
controlled load movement in industrial and construction
environments.
Unlike powered lifting equipment, the HHBS operates without
an external electricity supply, making it suitable for
temporary work areas, maintenance locations, outdoor projects
and sites where electrical power is unavailable or inconvenient.
The HHBS series is available in rated capacities from
0.8T to 3.2T and can be supplied with
steel or aluminum-alloy body configurations
according to different working requirements.

Built for Lifting, Pulling, Tensioning and Positioning
The wire-rope operating system allows the HHBS to perform
several types of controlled manual material-handling work.
Its portable design makes it suitable for situations where
fixed lifting equipment is unavailable.
Lifting
Raise equipment, materials and components during
installation, maintenance and temporary lifting work.
Pulling
Pull loads horizontally where controlled manual
movement is required.
Tensioning
Apply controlled pulling force during alignment,
installation and tensioning operations.
Positioning
Make controlled adjustments to machinery,
structures and loads during assembly or maintenance.
Manual Wire Rope System for Flexible Operation
The HHBS uses a manually operated wire rope mechanism instead
of a load chain. This makes it suitable for applications where
controlled pulling or lifting over a longer working distance
is required.
Integrated overload protection helps protect the
pulling mechanism against excessive operating loads.
Does not require an electrical power supply and can
be used in temporary or remote working areas.
Steel and aluminum-alloy body versions are available
for different application requirements.
Models are available from 0.8T through 3.2T for
different load-handling requirements.

Suitable for Industrial and Field Operations
The HHBS Manual Wire Rope Pulling Hoist is designed for
portable lifting and pulling work across a variety of
industrial environments.
Construction Sites
Temporary lifting, pulling and structural positioning
during installation and construction work.
Factories & Maintenance
Machinery installation, repair work and controlled
equipment positioning.
Warehouses & Material Handling
Manual load movement where powered lifting equipment
is unavailable or impractical.
Shipyards & Outdoor Work
Portable pulling and positioning operations in field,
marine and temporary working areas.
How to Select the Right HHBS Wire Rope Pulling Hoist
Choosing the correct HHBS model depends on the required
capacity, wire rope configuration, operating distance,
working environment and handling requirements.
01
Required Load Capacity
Select a rated capacity that covers the maximum
intended working load. HHBS models are available
from 0.8T to 3.2T.
02
Required Wire Rope Length
Consider the actual pulling or lifting distance
required by the application when selecting the
wire rope configuration.
03
Operating Space
Confirm that sufficient space is available for
the hoist body, operating handle and wire rope
path.
04
Body Configuration
Steel and aluminum-alloy versions are available.
Select the configuration according to handling,
portability and project requirements.
05
Working Environment
Consider whether the hoist will be used in a
factory, construction site, warehouse, shipyard
or outdoor working environment.
