Description
Manual Cable Puller for Lifting, Pulling and Load Positioning
The KKV Manual Cable Puller is a compact hand-operated
wire-rope device designed for controlled lifting, pulling,
tensioning and positioning work.
With no external power supply required, it provides a practical
solution for temporary work areas, workshops, construction
sites, maintenance operations and other locations where
powered lifting equipment may be unavailable or inconvenient.
The series provides hoisting capacities from
500 kg to 2,000 kg and working capacities
from 1,000 kg to 4,000 kg, with multiple
gear and cable-line configurations available for different
operating requirements.
Built for Multiple Load-Handling Tasks
The manual operating mechanism and steel cable allow the
puller to perform several types of controlled load movement
without relying on electricity.
Lifting
Raise loads within the rated hoisting capacity during
installation, maintenance and general material-handling
operations.
Pulling
Move or draw loads horizontally using controlled
manual pulling force.
Tensioning
Apply controlled tension during assembly, adjustment
and installation work.
Positioning
Make gradual adjustments to equipment, materials
and components where precise manual control is needed.
Multiple Gear and Cable-Line Configurations
Different models are available to match varying lifting,
pulling and operating requirements. Configurations include
single-gear and double-gear mechanisms as well as single-line
and double-line cable arrangements.
Select the gear configuration according to the required
model and working capacity.
Cable-line arrangements vary by model to support
different load capacities.
Models use steel cable with diameter and length matched
to the specified capacity.
Hook connections provide attachment points for controlled
pulling and lifting operations.
Suitable for Workshop, Construction and Field Work
Its portable manual design makes the cable puller suitable
for a wide range of general industrial and maintenance tasks.
Construction Sites
Temporary lifting, pulling, alignment and positioning
during construction and installation work.
Workshops & Maintenance
Machinery adjustment, component positioning and
general repair operations.
Warehouses
Controlled movement and positioning of loads where
powered equipment is not practical.
Garage & Field Work
Portable pulling and positioning tasks in garages,
farms, outdoor work areas and general field operations.
How to Select the Right Manual Cable Puller
Choose the correct model according to lifting capacity,
working capacity, cable arrangement and required operating
distance.
01
Required Hoisting Capacity
For lifting applications, select a model whose
rated hoisting capacity covers the maximum
intended load. Available capacities range from
500 kg to 2,000 kg.
02
Required Working Capacity
For general pulling operations, compare the
model working capacity, ranging from 1,000 kg
to 4,000 kg.
03
Gear Configuration
Models are available with single-gear or
double-gear configurations depending on the
required capacity.
04
Cable-Line Arrangement
Choose between single-line and double-line
configurations according to the specific model
and intended application.
05
Cable Length & Working Distance
Check the specified steel cable length against
the actual distance required for the lifting
or pulling operation.
Understand the Capacity Ratings Before Selection
The specification table includes
Hoisting Capacity,
Working Capacity and
Breaking Force.
Product selection and normal operation should be based on
the applicable rated hoisting or working capacity.
Breaking force is not the normal operating load and should
not be used as the working capacity.
Inspection Before Shipment
Manual Cable Pullers are inspected before shipment as part
of KKV quality-control procedures.
Gear and manual operating functions are checked
for correct movement.
Cable condition and installation are checked before
shipment.
Attachment hooks and visible connection components
are inspected.
Handle, body, fasteners and visible components are
checked before packing.
CE-Certified Manual Cable Puller
The KKV Manual Cable Puller series is CE-certified for
the applicable product configurations.

Manual Cable Puller Ordering Questions
Does steel cable length equal the available working travel?
The table gives cable length for each model. Confirm the usable travel for the selected cable-line arrangement and attachment setup before ordering.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the model, intended task, applicable hoisting or working capacity, gear and cable-line configuration, required travel, quantity and destination. Keep breaking force separate from the rated operating capacity.
