HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist
The HSZ-T is a portable manual chain hoist with rated capacities from 0.5 to 10 metric tonnes. Hand-chain operation supports workshop, installation and temporary lifting work where electrical power is unavailable.
For a manual chain hoist with trolley, ask KKV to confirm a compatible configuration for your beam and lifting requirements. Trolley supply must be agreed separately.

Description
HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist for Industrial Lifting
Without Electrical Power
The HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist is a portable
hand-operated chain block designed for lifting, positioning
and handling loads in industrial environments where reliable
manual operation is required.
Because the hoist operates entirely by hand chain, it does not
require an electrical power supply. This makes the HSZ-T suitable
for factories, warehouses, construction sites, docks, shipyards
and outdoor workplaces where powered lifting equipment may be
unavailable or inconvenient.
The HSZ-T series covers rated capacities from
0.5T to 10T, with capacity-specific lifting
heights, load-chain configurations and operating forces to meet
different material-handling requirements.
Practical Manual Lifting for Industrial Work
The HSZ-T chain block combines simple manual operation with a
broad capacity range, making it suitable for both routine
lifting and temporary material-handling work.
No Electrical Power Required
Hand-chain operation allows the hoist to be used in
locations where electrical power is unavailable or where
a portable manual lifting solution is preferred.
Low Manual Operating Force
Full-load chain-pull requirements range from
221 N to 392 N across the HSZ-T model range, depending
on the selected rated capacity.
0.5T–10T Capacity Range
Seven rated capacities provide suitable configurations
for light industrial lifting through heavier workshop,
construction and material-handling applications.
Portable Chain Block Design
Manual operation and a self-contained lifting mechanism
make the HSZ-T suitable for fixed lifting points as well
as temporary work locations.
Seven Capacities from 0.5T to 10T
The HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist is available in seven standard
capacities. Chain diameter and number of load-chain falls change
according to the required working capacity.
0.5T / 1T
Both models use a 6 mm load chain with a
single load-chain fall.
1.5T
Uses an 8 mm load chain with a single
load-chain fall.
2T / 3T / 5T
Higher-capacity models use two load-chain falls,
with chain diameter selected according to capacity.
10T
The highest-capacity HSZ-T configuration uses
four load-chain falls and a 10 mm load chain.
Capacity-Specific Load Chain Configuration
The load-chain arrangement is matched to the rated capacity
of each HSZ-T hand chain hoist. Depending on the model,
6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm load chain is used
with one, two or four load-chain fall lines.
This configuration allows the HSZ-T range to cover applications
from compact 0.5-ton lifting work through 10-ton manual lifting
while maintaining a clearly defined load system for each model.
Controlled Lifting with Practical Hand-Chain Pull
Hand-chain pulling force is an important consideration when
selecting a manual chain hoist, particularly for repeated
lifting operations.
Across the HSZ-T series, the specified chain pull required to
lift the full rated load ranges from 221 N
for the 0.5T model to 392 N for the 10T model.
Buyers can compare the individual values in the Specifications
tab when selecting the appropriate capacity.
Suitable for Fixed and Travelling Lifting Systems
The HSZ-T can be used as a suspended manual chain block at an
appropriate lifting point or combined with a compatible trolley
to create a travelling lifting arrangement.
Monorail Systems
Combine the hoist with a suitable travelling trolley
for lifting and horizontal load movement along a beam.
Hand Travelling Cranes
Suitable for manual crane arrangements where both
lifting and horizontal positioning are required.
Jib Cranes
Can be suspended from a compatible jib-crane lifting
point or trolley according to the required installation.
Fixed Lifting Points
Suitable for workshops and maintenance areas where
vertical manual lifting is required from a fixed point.
Where Is the HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist Used?
Factories & Workshops
Lifting machinery, components and equipment during
installation, assembly, repair and maintenance work.
Warehouses
Manual lifting and positioning of materials where a
permanent powered hoist is not required.
Construction & Outdoor Work
Portable lifting at construction and outdoor work sites,
including locations without convenient electrical power.
Docks & Shipyards
Equipment installation, cargo handling and temporary
lifting operations in industrial marine environments.
Check Minimum Hook Distance Before Installation
Available vertical working space should be considered when
choosing a chain block. The minimum distance between the upper
and lower hooks increases according to HSZ-T capacity.
Minimum hook distance ranges from
255 mm on the 0.5T model to
700 mm on the 10T model.
Check the Specifications tab when planning installations where
available lifting height or headroom is limited.
How to Select the Right HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist
Select the required model according to rated load, lifting
height, installation space, manual operating force and
application conditions. For a quotation, send your load weight in kg or metric tonnes and confirm any compatible trolley requirement with KKV.
01
Rated Capacity
Choose a rated capacity that safely covers the
maximum intended working load. HSZ-T capacities are
0.5T, 1T, 1.5T, 2T, 3T, 5T and 10T.
02
Required Lifting Height
Standard lift is 2.5 m on the 0.5T, 1T and 1.5T
models, 3 m on the 2T, 3T and 5T models,
and 3.5 m on the 10T model.
03
Available Headroom
Compare the minimum distance between hooks with the
available installation height before selecting the
required model.
04
Manual Operating Force
Compare the full-load hand-chain pull values when
selecting a hoist for frequent manual lifting work.
05
Fixed or Travelling Operation
Determine whether the hoist will operate from a
fixed lifting point or be combined with a compatible
trolley for horizontal travel.
HSZ-T Manual Chain Hoist Model Range
0.5T / Standard lift 2.5 m
1T / Standard lift 2.5 m
1.5T / Standard lift 2.5 m
2T / Standard lift 3 m
3T / Standard lift 3 m
5T / Standard lift 3 m
10T / Standard lift 3.5 m

HSZ-T Ordering Questions
What are the standard lifts for the 1 t and 2 t HSZ-T models?
The 1 t model has a 2.5 m standard lift; the 2 t model has a 3 m standard lift. Here, t means metric tonnes (1,000 kg), not US short tons.
Does this hand chain hoist need electricity?
No. The HSZ-T uses a hand chain and does not require an electrical power supply.
Is a trolley included with the HSZ-T?
Trolley supply is not assumed. If required, confirm the trolley type, rated capacity, beam dimensions and connection compatibility with KKV before ordering.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the load weight, required lifting height, quantity, installation arrangement, application and delivery destination. Include beam details if a trolley is required.
Need Technical Information?
