The HD80 Series Drum Rotator and Tilter is designed for transporting,
rotating, tilting, positioning, and draining fully loaded industrial
drums. Its locking-handle mechanism securely holds the drum and allows
the operator to position it horizontally or vertically for convenient
dispensing and material handling.

  horizontal or vertical positioning.
• Releasing the locking handle allows the drum to rotate, making it
  suitable for stirring or mixing the drum contents.
